Volunteer Blue Take Action Guide

Designed a two-page interactive action guide for Volunteer Blue, transforming a content-heavy document into a clear, approachable, and easy-to-navigate resource. I reorganized the information using stronger visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, columns, and section breaks while maintaining clickable links throughout the document.

Using Oswald and Arial, I developed a consistent typographic system that makes important calls to action easy to identify while allowing detailed information to remain readable. I also incorporated custom graphics and visual elements to add personality, guide the reader through the content, and create separation between sections.

A major challenge was fitting a large amount of information—including action opportunities, upcoming programs, sponsors, social media resources, and an extensive partner directory—into a concise two-page format without sacrificing readability. The final piece was created to remain editable and reusable, allowing the organization to update content for future programs while maintaining a consistent visual structure.
